Your Path to Homeownership Starts at ECU
Buying a home can be a significant expense and may be particularly challenging for low- to moderate-income homebuyers. We’re here to help you navigate the hurdles of purchasing a home. Our Welcome Home Grant funds for low- and moderate-income homebuyers will assist you in making your dream of homeownership a reality.
Grants are limited to $20,000 for most homebuyers and $25,000 for homebuyers who are honorably discharged veterans, active duty military personnel, reservisits, or surviving spouses of service personnel.
